Hey that was a very nice preformance... I loved both the songs.. Rajat, I am really happy that you are part of a band ... keep rocking guys and keep posting... on the constructive criticism side.. Rajat, in kholo kholo you are missing the muting part or it should be more prominent... I know that it is a difficult song to play but with little more practice you should get it... rest of it is perfect... just the muting of notes between Em and A sounds different from the original... also the lead which was played on synth would sound better on violin.
looking forward for more performances... best luck
@ bkusuma: we had done 2 songs at Diwali Nite - one was a fusion of 'Sweet Child of Mine' by Guns'n'Roses and 'Vande Mataram', and the other was "Mera Rang de Basanti Chola' from the movie 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh'.
And yes, it's because we're in grad school that we can manage all this ;)
Life's much simpler than that for the poor undergrad kids here who juggle with 7-8 courses in one semester with infinite amounts of homeworks and assignments supplemented with projects and what not!
This is Awesome, especially the Junoon song. I can recall my BARC, Mumbai days with Rajat the guitarist. Too good. Very nice performance by all the group members. Keep it up :)
Thanks a lot Neeraj. Was nice getting back in touch with you here. And yeah, I too remember the BARC days and more than that, the fact that you were my first ever Guitar student, and the MOST sincere one! Hope you're continuing with guitar. Good luck with everything, and yes, keep coming back here as we'll be posting more stuff. -Rajat

this is a bit off topic, but what songs did you guys perform at diwali night?
Thanks Kedar for the suggestions.

I loved the Kholo Kholo number. Awesome job. How on earth do you manage with all that grad school throws at you?
Thanks a lot Sanketh.

Grad school is rather easy :)
